Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, and similar items are non-returnable.

Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
In this case, the return shipping costs are covered by the store.

Other returns
For returns that are not related to defects, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
