Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in accordance with consumer protection laws in Finland and the European Union.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, as required by EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- unwashed
- free of odors, stains, and damage
- with all original tags and packaging intact
If the item does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You may use any shipping carrier you prefer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned (Hygiene & Final Sale)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- underwear (panties, briefs, thongs)
- opened lingerie
- swimwear without the original hygiene strip
- hosiery (socks, stockings) if packaging is opened
- any item marked "Final Sale" on the product page
- items from collections designated as
Final Sale
These items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
4. Final Sale
Collections
Products placed in our Final Sale collections are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
This will be clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.
5. Faulty or Incorrect
Items
If you received:
- a damaged item
- a defective item
- an item you did not order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (5-10 business days).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7.Exchanges
We currently do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
